ZEOS d.o.o. skupaj z Ministrstvom za okolje in prostor izvaja akcijo zbiranja odpadnih baterij na slovenskih šolah, vrtcih, srednjih šolah, zavodih,…. s čimer želimo preprečiti nepravilno odlaganje baterij in s tem povzročanje onesnaževanja našega okolja.

Why should we care?
Depleted batteries are a hazardous waste because they contain heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, lithium and nickel. That is why they should not end up in the environment but in special containers, so they can be processed safely.
