- represent, by the amounts of electrical and electronic equipment they place on the market, representative liable parties in individual categories of electrical and electronic equipment
- have a common interest of establishing a collective system of waste electrical and electronic equipment management
- have an intention to enable other liable parties in Slovenia to enter this system as well
