End consumers, distributors, installers, maintenance providers and other holders of waste luminaries have the following options for the free-of-charge disposal of waste luminaries:

1. To the merchant at the point of sale, of the same amount as purchased luminaries.Pursuant to the Decree, the merchant may direct the customer to dispose of waste luminaries at a ZEOS collection facility up to 5 km away.
2. Collection centres of local public service providers in the area of municipal waste management (municipal utility companies).This method is primarily appropriate for the disposal of smaller amounts of waste luminaries from households or smaller companies with up to 10 employees.
3. Collection facilities organised by ZEOS at the contractors. They are primarily intended for distributors, installers, maintenance providers and other holders of waste luminaries for the disposal of luminaries in the amount of up
   to 2 m3.
4. For amounts exceeding 2 waste luminaries, the take-back will be organised by ZEOS. The holder of waste orders the take-back by filling in an order form for the take-back of waste EE equipment and submitting it to ZEOS:

The disposal of waste luminaries at the collection facility is certified by the record sheetcompleted by the holder of waste and confirmed by the collector.
