Purpose and goals:

Establish information flow and product tracking throughout the product life cycle from development, production, use to service, reuse and recycling.

The role ZEOS:

Participation in a pilot project with 4 use cases.
Creation of a digital product passport containing information on materials, components, spare parts, critical materials and hazardous chemicals, including information on service interventions and end-of-life status.
Use of components and components for spare parts from products damaged during transport.
Making decisions about further use after the end of the life of the products. ZEOS will use integrated post-application information with recommendations that include the economic, circular and environmental value of products.
Evaluation of critical raw materials and chemicals. The manufacturer will provide information on chemical compounds to verify compliance with REACH and RoHS. Based on the information, ZEOS will make decisions on further procedures after the end of the product life.
