ZEOS celebrates

20 years of responsible e-waste management

Leading Slovenian manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment joined forces in 2005 and founded ZEOS in order to jointly fulfill the obligations of extended producer responsibility, as required by Slovenian and European legislation.

In 2007, ZEOS started with the proper management of e-waste. And with waste portable batteries and accumulators two years later. In 2013, we connected waste grave candles and since 2020, we have been collecting waste industrial batteries and accumulators. Today, ZEOS has four waste management schemes. We have been implementing all of this on behalf of manufacturers of such products for 20 years.

To celebrate the anniversary, a series of activities are taking place in the last half of this year 2025 that emphasize the importance of responsible management of this type of waste and at the same time illuminate our anniversary.
